When I was in college, we had a Chick Fil A on campus and in the mornings, my friends and I loved to gather in the student center, commandeer a couple of tables and enjoy the buttery, flaky, perfect chicken biscuit. Oh yeah, and talk to each other too. 
But that first bite of the chicken biscuit was something like a sacred ritual of the morning.
Granted, I didn’t have a chicken biscuit every single morning. But I certainly had my fair share of them. And taco salads from the fabulous Mexican place, but that’s a story for another day (ah memories…).
Anyway, last week one of my coworkers mentioned that Chick Fil A was having a “free breakfast week.” I sat there nearly stunned when I realized that it had been over 3 years since my last chicken biscuit. I signed up immediately and have waited with bated breath until our day arrived…
…and today is was that day! 
It. Was. Delightful. 
It won’t be three more years before my next one, that’s for sure!
Oh and I’m sure everyone has seen these by now, but I just think it’s the coolest looking thing!
It’s like a tub of ketchup, but it looks like a little bottle! Too cute and the perfect size for dipping! I took one with me from Chick Fil A… I’m not sure what I will use it on, but I just knew I would need one, haha!
And hey, it’s not too late to get your free Chick Fil A breakfast! It runs through this Saturday at participating locations.

I used to love the chikfila biscuits! My best friend and I would always get them before going to concerts and we’d always get them with the polynesian sauce. I kinda miss that!

Love the new blog look! Chik-n-mini’s are my favorite breakfast!! YUM! I love love love them, could eat them everyday…but then my pocketbook and waistline might be in trouble HA!

Not being stupid at all! It’s literally just as it sounds – fried chicken on a biscuit. Something about the buttery perfect biscuit with the crispy chicken just makes it all perfect, haha!

I have only had chick-fil-a once at least 20 years ago…i think it was maybe some nuggets and waffle fries, haven’t had it since! maybe it’s time to try some breakfast during their promotion??

Oh my goodness, biscuits are one of my favorite foods! I have to get creative with the whole GF thing now, but there are some good options out there! Since I grew up in California, where Chick-Fil-A is sadly nonexistent, I’ve never had the pleasure of enjoying one of these delicious breakfast sandwiches. But it looks absolutely scrumptious. And I love that ketchup packet/tub! Too cute!

Yummy! My friend was gonna try to get us signed up to get a free breakfast tomorrow morning – I think I’ve only had breakfast from there once. I am never up and out of the house early enough to grab breakfast!
I love CFA! They redeem the fast food industry and I don’t feel nearly as guilty eating their stuff. I also like how they stay true to who they are (closing on Sundays, playing Christian music etc).
I’ve only had Chik-Fil-A once before I stopped eating meat. My work brought in a bunch of sandwiches, so I stuck it in the microwave not realizing the wrappers had aluminum in them. Needless to say, I nearly caught the microwave on fire
They do that here too! I’ve never gone, for one reason or another. I don’t think I’ve ever tried the chicken biscuit either. It looks super good!
